For several years we have prayed to start a computer class where we could teach computer using Bible text from different books of the Bible. We want to teach Bible to people who are interested in learning different computer programs in order to bring them to faith in Jesus Christ and be saved.

This summer God answered our prayers and gave us the opportunity to start teaching computer. Our computer guy, Eugen Gutu, prepared a course on Microsoft PowerPoint using the text of the Book of James. Young people responded so well that we did not have enough computers to provide a place for everybody to learn, and we had to even limit the number of participants.

For the lesson Eugen studied all five chapters of James in order to introduce his students to the book. They learned how to start a PowerPoint presentation and how to make slides, backgrounds, transitions and animations. Everybody was so interested in learning! All expressed the desire to continue the course.

We are praying God will use this tool to bring young people to faith in Jesus Christ and be saved. In Romans 10:17, God’s Word states, Faith comes from hearing and hearing comes from the Word of God. Please pray with us as we continue to teach computer and the Bible. Pray that God will speak to the hearts of the boys and girls through His Word and bring them to salvation.
