mark-rileyHaving been to Moldova nine times over the past nine years, I have seen firsthand how God is working through Alex and the dear brothers and sisters involved in the ministries throughout Moldova. It has been a privilege and honor to work alongside Alex, pastors and church leaders spreading God’s love to people who so desperately search for spiritual truth. Through door-to-door evangelizing, evangelistic crusades, church meetings, home visits and visiting orphanages, I have personally witnessed God using theseservants of our Lord as they work tirelessly spreading God’s love and hope. Hundreds of people have come to know Jesus because of their faithful and never ending outreach to love and introduce people to the only hope they can have through a life with Jesus. Each time I go, I go prepared to minister to others. And each time I return home, I return being ministered to.

God is doing wonderful things in Moldova, and to witness His work, and be a small part of it, your life will be changed. It does not matter what your giftedness is. You don’t have to be a preacher to impact lives. God uses people from all walks of life. I’ve taken pastors, college students, contractors and homemakers with me to Moldova. Each of these people are used by God, have touched lives for Him and have been deeply moved by seeing God work through them. There is something very special that happens to you in Moldova. It becomes part of your life and you feel humbly honored having been used by God. You may not feel comfortable “preaching”, but you can share one on one, hold babies in orphanages and visit people in their homes. By just going, we are an encouragement to the brothers and sisters serving Christ in Moldova.

If you are considering supporting a ministry, or are thinking about a mission trip, you will receive one of the greatest blessings of your life if you choose to work with Alex and the many people involved in ministry there. But a warning, if you don’t want to be changed, then don’t go. If you do go, God will meet you in a very special way and use you in ways you possibly never experienced before. You will be changed.

Praise God for His work being carried out by these people. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to go to Moldova these past few years and always look forward to returning. It is one of my greatest joys in life to be part of Alex’s ministry.
